Late Cancel / No Show Policies
ALL cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% service price fee, and no-show appointments will be subject to 100% service price fee.
An email, voicemail, or phone call must be made to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Please be advised of our cancellation policy, and that by booking your appointment online you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
When booking an appointment, you must provide a credit card number and you are agreeing to adhere to the cancellation policy of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be sent a charged a fee of 50% of the service price. No-show appointments will be sent charged a fee for 100% of the service price.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy at Belle. This allows enough time to call someone on the cancellation list, or book another client for that time slot. If you need to call after business hours to cancel please send an email. Reminders are sent via email the day before your appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
If an appointment is a no-show, a fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.
If you have to be more than 10 minutes late (we understand things happen!) you may have to reschedule depending on when the next appointment is scheduled after yours. This ensures that all clients have adequate time for their services.
Cancellation policies are put in place to protect clients that are on time, keep their appointments, or notify in a timely fashion when they need to cancel/reschedule. An appointment that is made and not kept causes Belle to lose valuable time and keeps another client from being able to come in. This also allows us to keep my prices low, which all customers can appreciate.
